The Chorleywood Health Centre Patient Group

Our group was set up in 2005 to identify and raise issues of general concern to patients so that the practice can deal with them. We are there to advise the practice on your viewpoint and, where necessary, to suggest how communication or service to patients can be improved.

We will not become involved in patient individual cases or complaints – for which separate mechanisms exist. You can contact the group through the practice receptionists, who will be acting as a post office and will not open letters addressed to the group or you may email to the Patient Group.
